Resistance to weather conditions
MobiLED is a mobile LED screen designed for use in all conditions. The enclosed trailer is made with high-quality materials and components from well-known brands. This ensures exceptional strength, reliability, and long-term durability in demanding conditions.
Reliability under the sun
The mobile LED screen handles the sun and high temperatures with ease. The top-quality Unilumin P3.9 screen guarantees performance even at +50°C (+122°F).
Not afraid of rain
All components are fully waterproof, and the interior features an anti-slip floor. The unit can be equipped with an extra roof for added protection against heavy rain.
Build for winter
Parts of the trailer are protected against corrosion through galvanization – making it resilient to tough road conditions. The walls also provide protection for the operators against freezing temperatures.

AL-KO’s road components
We use well-known brands to guarantee quality and durability. One of them is Al-KO, which supplies us with: axles with brakes, drawbar, and wheels.
Galvanized chassis and body made
We use high-quality S355 structural steel for production. The trailer frame meets DIN EN 13814 and DIN EN 13782 standards and is hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability and resistance.
Telescopic mast
The mast is hydraulic for easy raising and lowering, galvanized for resistance, and powder-coated for a durable finish. The automatic mechanical safety locks ensure stability when the mast is in use.
Trailer body color – grey
As standard, the trailer is painted in grey (RAL9006) to enhance the product’s neutral appeal.
Manually adjustable sliding outriggers
The outriggers ensure full stability when the product is deployed. They are covered with reflective warning tape. A key for unfolding and folding is included.
Anti-slip and waterproof floor
For safety reasons, we create the floor from anti-slip material, making it easier and safer to work in challenging, rainy conditions.
Flexible screen frame
Specially designed frame allows easy mounting of most LED screens available on the market, making it an ideal option for customers who wish to install their own screen on the trailer.
Hydraulic lifting and rotation
The trailer features a hydraulic system controlled by knobs, allowing for easy and quick screen lifting. Thanks to it the screen also can rotate 360 degrees, ensuring optimal positioning for the best visibility from any angle.
Emergency handpump
Safety is ensured by an emergency manual control system, allowing the screen to be folded in case of a power failure. This complies with the DIN EN 13814 standard.
Spare wheel, wheel wrench, fire extinguisher
The trailer is equipped with essential safety tools to meet road regulations, including a spare wheel, fire extinguisher, and wheel wrench.
Feet pads
To ensure stability, the outriggers come with feet pads—an essential accessory for setting up the trailer in rain or on uneven ground.
LED lights inside
LED lights inside improve visibility, making it easier and safer to work in low-light conditions. They are energy-efficient, durable, and add a modern touch to the interior.
Large cable entry
Larger passthrough for your wiring, conveniently placed under the stabilizing outrigger, ensuring easy and organized cable management.
Entrance step

Screen Backlight

EU road approval for registration

Wind Sensor with Integrated Light and Sound Alerts
A safety system that monitors wind speed and triggers an alarm when it exceeds 15 m/s, in accordance with TÜV standards and in compliance with DIN EN 13814 standards.
Body painting

Power generator with installation

The largest MobiLED
Only for the american market
26′ x 15′ (36m2) – this is the screen size we install on our largest MobiLED model. In this version, the trailer is equipped with an extended control room, which can accommodate up to three operators instead of one. Major events require major solutions – the MobiLED in this size is the perfect response to such needs.

You can receive training on how to use our product. However, if any doubts arise during daily use, we offer online support for your team. For more serious issues, we can send a mobile service team to assist you on-site and resolve the matter.
